Oh sooooo tired.......

I was browsing through my stash of photos looking for another that I could touch up to make another header -

and came across these...
This child must have been absolutely exhausted when I snapped them!

They were taken over a year ago and I have absolutely no idea what we had been up to prior to this.

But it must have exhausted both of them!
Oh. My. Word.

It looks inebriated.

I didn't give him anything, I promise...

I hadn't discovered Cinnamon Rolls with vanilla-flavoured gin icing...

;)
Even the Jord looks like he was battling to stay conscious!

I think I'll set these photos aside for display on their 21st birthdays...

PostScript:
The Man just rang - he took these. Which is why I can't remember any of the details.
He says that The Frog wasn't well and had just woken from a nap.
I suppose I should stop laughing at them now...

Happy Birthday Little Sis

Keren and Molly
Tomorrow is my little sisters birthday.

I still remember the night she was born. I was 5.

I remember being woken in the middle of the night and driven to my best friend Storm's house.
A few days later my mum came home with a very little person.

The siblings
This little person would prove to be a very interesting addition to our family....
Certainly the prettiest!
The most lovable.
Many times the most annoying!
 :)

Just getting you back little sis...

(Actually, I really envy the fact that you got the nice-bum genes! You suck!)
Because of our age difference there were often times where we didn't see eye to eye - purely because we always seem to be at different stages in our journey through life.
But over the years she has matured into someone I am very proud to know.
And I love her - lots!
See? I told you she was the prettiest one!
Happy birthday Keren.

I love you!

Lady Tayla Jayne

Lady Tayla Jayne visits us occasionally.

The boys absolutely adore her!
Especially The Jord. He's always wanted a sister...

Today she joined us for the morning and she will be going home shortly.

I gave her some paper and crayons earlier to see what she would do.
She didn't quite make the connection between the two items...
She tried all kinds of things.

For example:

...maybe she was meant to put them away again...
..maybe crayons are meant to be eaten...
..maybe we chuck them on the floor - there seem to be quite a few of it's brothers down there already...
We did contemplate the paper for a few seconds...
...then we gave up and tried to give them back. Not much actually got onto the paper!
Oh well, we'll try again next time!
